Sports college entrance examination is a very important exam, is highly regarded by the majority of students, parents and the community, the level of P.E. exam scores directly affect the choice of candidates to the ideal university. Gym test is for sports kind examinee a specific test methods, it is not only a kind of test is a and compete. Sports college entrance examination is a kind of both professional training and cultural learning athletes, learning and training task is heavy, the influence of P.E. test of their neurological and psychological state of major, the examinees’ good psychological quality, help to achieve good athletic performance in the test. Therefore, the study of sports college entrance examination exam anxiety, in-depth analysis of the influence of anxiety on sports performance, can provide empirical reference for the study of sports psychology, is helpful to enrich the research value of exam anxiety, improve the coaches on the candidates for psychological training of visibility, for coaches to understanding and improving sports college entrance examination students mental state to provide theoretical reference and policy guidance, after the study of the process, methods and the analysis of the research reference.This study using the method of literature, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other selected 2014, 2015 Hunan Province sports college entrance examination students as subjects conducted a questionnaire survey and the collected data using SPSSl7.O statistical software for analysis and processing, and the single factor variance analysis, t test, reliability analysis and correlation analysis method, understand Hunan P.E. exam in college entrance examination exam anxiety and to explore the relationship between the candidates before the exam anxiety characteristics and exam anxiety and sport performance, study the excellent sport achievement obtained with the right level of anxiety.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1 sports college entrance examination exam anxiety level in sex without significant difference, girls of cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety level is higher than that of boys and girls’ confidence level is lower than that of boys.2 sports college entrance examination students’ cognitive anxiety level, physical anxiety level and state self-confidence level in the training period of no significant difference.3 the cognitive state anxiety level of liberal arts male and female students showed significant difference in gender.4 sports college entrance examination students cognitive state anxiety level, somatic state anxiety and candidates of the athletic performance is there is a negative correlation between, movement of the sports college entrance examination students’ confidence level with the examinee performance exists incomplete and positive correlation, but with sports scores do not exist significant correlation.
