To explore the impact of functional training on the four scores of Hebei Province’s sports college entrance examination candidates, this study conducted an8-week experiment on 38 sophomore students from No.6 Middle School in Qinhuangdao City. The only influencing factor was whether functional training was involved in the training content. The participants were intervened and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 data statistics software after the experiment. The experimental results showed that after an 8-week experiment, the students’ scores in all four items were significantly improved. At the same time,by adding functional training to the birthday routine training of the sports college entrance examination,in the 100 meter event, the average score of the experimental group in the 100 meter event after the experiment was 11.86 seconds, while the average score of the control group was12.42 seconds, with a P-value of 0.02,less than 0.05.It was found that there was a significant difference in the 100 meter score between the two groups after the experiment; In the in situ shot put event, the average score of the experimental group in situ shot put after the experiment was 10.39 meters, while the average score of the control group was 9.48 meters, with a P-value of 0.049,less than 0.05.It was found that there was a significant difference in the in situ shot put scores between the two groups after the experiment; In the standing triple jump event, the average score of the experimental group in the standing triple jump after the experiment was 8.43 meters, while the average score of the control group was 7.94 meters, with a P-value of 0.028,less than 0.05.It was found that there was a significant difference in the performance of the two groups in the standing triple jump after the experiment; In the800 meter project, the average score of the experimental group was 2 minutes and 20 seconds after the experiment, while the average score of the control group was 2minutes and 21 seconds, with a P-value of 0.6,greater than 0.05.Therefore,there was no significant difference in the 800 meter scores between the two groups after the experiment. From this,it can be seen that the improvement in the performance of the experimental group’s students in the 100 meter, standing triple jump, and in place shot put is significantly better than that of the control group, but the improvement effect of the 800 meter is not significant. In terms of FMS functional action screening scores, after intervention in functional training, the scores obtained from students’ FMS tests were analyzed. The P-values of the seven items were 0.014,0.015,0.046,0.017,0.019,0.002,and 0.02,respectively.According to the P-values,there were significant differences in the scores of the two groups in the six items of squat, hurdles, lunge, straight knee lift, shoulder mobility, and rotational stability after the experiment; There are significant differences in the performance of push up events. Therefore,it can be concluded that functional training can significantly improve the performance of sports college entrance examination students in the 100 m,standing triple jump, and shot put events,as well as the scores of functional action screening tests.Improving the physical functional level of candidates has a promoting effect on improving sports performance. |
