In the Anhui Provincial Sports College Entrance Examination,it includes aspects such as sprinting,jumping,throwing,and endurance,which is a comprehensive and comprehensive examination.In these four tests,the force generated by muscle contraction is transmitted to the ends of the limbs through the trunk,acting on the ground or equipment,forming several complete power chains.The completeness of the power chain depends on the human body’s ability to control the body and the transmission ability of the trunk muscle group to power.This experiment mainly involves applying external forces to the trunk pillar force in an unstable state,and conducting unstable training on the trunk pillar force,In order to achieve control and conduction ability of nerves and muscles in the trunk area,through effective power transmission,thereby improving control of the body and improving the energy transmission efficiency of the entire body.In this experiment,30 students from Taihe No.8 Middle School were selected as experimental subjects,15 of whom were in the experimental group and 15 in the control group,To explore the influence of trunk pillar strength training under stable and unstable conditions on the subject’s performance in college entrance examination.The following results were obtained from this study: 1.After 12 weeks of experimentation,the FMS test scores of the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement;2.After 12 weeks of experimentation,the experimental group and the control group showed a significant improvement in their performance in the Level 8 Bridge Test;3.After 12 weeks of experimentation,the experimental group and control group showed a greater improvement in their T-shaped running scores compared to the control group;4.After 12 weeks of experimentation,the experimental group and control group showed significant improvements in standing triple jump,shot put,and 800-meter performance.Among them,the standing triple jump,shot put,and 800-meter experimental group were significantly better than the control group,but there was no significant difference in the mean 100 m between the experimental group and the control group.Research conclusions and suggestions: 1.Conclusion:(1)The trunk prop strength training under unstable conditions significantly improves the performance of FMS,eight step bridge and T-shaped running;(2)In the unstable state,the trunk pillar strength training has significantly improved the standing triple jump,shot put and 800 m performance,but not significantly improved the 100 m performance.2.Suggestions:(1)The trunk pillar strength training under unstable state can significantly promote the subject students’ sports college entrance examination special results,and can be added to daily training.But when using it,it is necessary to ensure safety and adhere to the principle of gradual progress to prevent sports injuries.(2)Carry out theoretical knowledge training related to trunk pillar strength training for coaches in charge of college entrance examination sports,so that coaches can reasonably arrange trunk pillar strength training content in daily training,integrate trunk pillar strength training under stable or unstable conditions into student training,and improve sports performance.
