With the development of professional teachers, more and more researchers noted the development of teachers’ teaching knowledge. What kind of teaching knowledge should teachers have?what source of these teaching knowledge should be acquired?What is the source of acquisition of knowledge of teaching effective? How is the size of the effective?The situation of teachers’ teaching knowledge reflects teachers’ teaching ability and it has an impact on successful implementation of teaching. Different sources of knowledge for teaching plays a different role of teaching knowledge. As the new force of beginning primary school teachers, they are not only to adapt to the good working environment but also constantly upgrade their professional level. This requires that they have to continue to absorb primary school beginning teachers’ effective teaching knowledge, enrich their teaching knowledge and improve their professional qualities.This paper aims to study the source of knowledge of Chinese beginning teachers teaching in primary school. There are two main research questions: One is, what are the sources of Chinese beginning teachers of primary school teaching knowledge? The second is analysis the source of knowledge of Chinese beginning teachers teaching of primary school. Hope to make some useful reference for novice elementary school language teachers continue to improve their teaching knowledge and professional development level.Studies suggest that primary school Chinese beginning teachers teaching knowledge source has two major aspects which are organization of professional activities and non organization of professional activities, organized professional activity respectively experience as learners, pre employment training experience, on-the-job experience and on-the-job training experience, non organized professional activities for teachers spontaneous learning activities, teachers self reflection on teaching and other sources.And this study in depth interviews with four first-line novice elementary school language teacher and a teacher of teachers as the basis, analyzed sources of this two big aspects, found for four first-line primary school Chinese beginning teachers the most effective teachers spontaneous professional learning activities, teachers self reflection, utility minimum is pre service training and on-the-job training.
