The country pays much attention to innovative talents development in present new age,which directly pushes forward maker education advance.According to the research,the deficiency of teachers is the main reason to stop maker education development and maker teachers profession becomes an emergency problem to promote current maker education.This research takes maker teachers Content knowledge,pedagogical knowledge and technical knowledge resources as contents of study,analyzes the connotation of maker teachers knowledge and defines resources of ones.It aims to offer advice and suggestions for the advance of maker teachers profession in primary and secondary schools.The author of this research primarily illustrates maker teachers Content knowledge,pedagogical knowledge and technical knowledge resources from the perspective of theory on the basis of document review.What is more,interview method is applied in this research.In-depth interview is carried out to question eight excellent maker teachers in Qingdao and Yantai by planing interview questions in advance and forming interview outline.This research draws following conclusions after organizing and analyzing collected data and written materials in the research.The top three resources of maker teachers Content knowledge according to the importance are on-the-job training,personal teaching experiences and reflection of maker teachers and daily communication with colleagues.The top three resources of pedagogical knowledge are personal teaching experiences and reflection of maker teachers,on-the-job training and daily communication with colleagues.The top three resources of technical knowledge are pre-service training,on-the-job training and exchange activities and meetings for makers.According to the survey result,this paper gives following advice: local governments should attach great importance to maker education development and concern maker teachers promotion;educational managers need to strengthen evaluation research and assessment for maker teachers;maker teachers are supposed to seek improvement approaches actively.
