Since the new curriculum reform of basic education in China, the development of education has made great progress. The significance of teachers’ professional development based on the reform of the school classroom is to be able to make use of the actual environment, solve the teaching practice and the development of the school, improve the level of teachers’ teaching.The research object of this study is X county H junior high school, using the case study method through questionnaire survey and interviews to collect and analyze the current situation of H junior high school in the classroom reform of teachers’ professional knowledge, professional knowledge, professional ability and professional development, and analyze its problems and reasons. In this paper, we propose a strategy to solve the problems such as teacher’s professional development, such as teacher’s ecological optimization strategy, teacher’s professional support strategy, classroom evaluation and behavior correction strategy, etc., to help teachers’ professional life from the existence of life- to develop, to establish the effective management mechanism and cultural atmosphere of school teachers’ professional development.
