At present,our country has entered a new era of socialism,and school education must also take a new position.In order to meet the needs of school reform and development,and for the needs of classroom reconstruction and for the professional development of teachers,it is necessary to reorganize and position new school-based training that is targeted,flexible,diverse,subjective,and economical.This article is divided into four chapters for discussion.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,relevant research and commentary at home and abroad,and the ideas,methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter mainly elaborates the related theories of school-based training,the meaning and characteristics of the school-based training,the significance and the theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly analyzes the status quo and problems of school-based training in Longhua District.Based on the relevant data obtained from the investigation and study,it sorts out the problems and causes of school-based training,and strives to find out the common problems,laying the groundwork for the following.Chapter 4 discusses measures to improve and strengthen school-based training in Longhua New District.It proposes to establish advanced training concepts,formulate long-term training plans,strengthen training systems,implement effective training models,and vigorously develop training resources.It also proposes new strategies for the adoption of relevant strategies through action research.opinion.This research is based on a case study of school-based teacher training and practice in primary and secondary schools of Longhua District.By analysis of the status quo and existing problems,and through improving management system of school-based training,this research tried to utilize the multi-platform training method to give guidance to teachers in their teaching and researching activities with their own reflections.In this way,the promotion and innovation of teachers' educational philosophy and strategy can be achieved,with an improvement on their teaching ability,briefly,the comprehensive professional development.Building on the comparative analysis of school-based teacher training at home and abroad,an open and diversified training mode,with Longhua characteristics is proposed in this research,supporting with coping strategies and suggestions.It presents a practical guidance in promoting teaching standard of Longhua district.
