In order to explore the role of novice's self-controlled operational feedback frequency in learning the shooting technique, this study explores the role of learning. So that learners control the frequency of their own feedback,so that learners decide when to ask for feedback,in the study of a more complex real situation in the movement, such as basketball in the shooting action, the exercise skills learning has a very good role in promoting. The experiment uses the shooting action task. The two groups of learners independently determine the self-control feedback group that decides when to request feedback, and the passive feedback group, which is in contrast to the control group. The absolute number of feedback frequencies accepted by the two groups is the same. The difference is that the control group decides when to ask for feedback, while the control group can not choose it,but only passively accept the feedback arrangement. The two groups are required to practice the shooting technique for 7 days, practice 30 times a day,and perform the skills immediately after the end of the exercise. In order to better test the learning effect of the two groups, keep the test and transfer the next day after the practice test. There were no feedback in the test phase. We used the two indexes of technical score and standard to evaluate the learning effect of the two groups. The experimental results show that the learning achievement of self-control feedback group is significantly higher than that of passive receiving feedback group, whether it is the mastery of shooting technique or shooting percentage,p <0.05.So we conclude that self-control feedback is more conducive to the study of motor skills than passive feedback.
