Research purpose is: through the consult literature summary analysis, the concept of corestrength training content and training methods, carries on the preliminary research. Suggestedthat we should be in of core strength training in basketball how to apply and develop long-termtheoretical analysis and practical research. In the traditional strength training athletes, should betargeted to join some core strength training methods.
