The Research Of Outbound Training In Basketball Teaching Of Xi’an Physical Education University

Nowadays society is the period of epoch-making significance for college education development. As the base of talents training, colleges and universities become the cradle of talents. At the same time cultivating competitive consciousness compound talents with pioneering spirit and overall development is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education. Basketball, which is originated and rooted in schools, is flourishing in universities, especially in sports universities and loved by the students. It also has a good value in education and training, and well promoting the physical and mental development of students; therefore, the research of college basketball teaching situation, has important meaning to the sustainable development of college basketball. In order to make basketball have deeper popularity and development in physical education, university education must keep pace with the times—using education methods with all aspects and multi-perspective, then cultivating high-quality talents to meet the demands of modern society. Outward bound is under a set of scenarios or specific environment, with physical activity as the main carrier and game as the main form, make individuals and teams through a series of tests, and cultivate their healthy psychological quality, positive attitude towards life, enhance the sense of team.This study uses the research methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, test and mathematical statistics and so on, investigate the present situation of the outbound training in ordinary university sports teaching of Shaanxi Province. This paper analyses from the teachers and students’the attitude to carry on outward bound in basketball teaching, it also affirm the successful experience of outward training in college basketball teaching, and lay a solid foundation to expand the training for basketball teaching in Colleges and universities of Shaanxi province. The results of the study show that:(1) Through the research on the possibility of expanding outward bound in college basketball teaching, and based on the optimization strategy the reality of basketball teaching may take, this thesis tries to improve the basketball teaching effects and explore a new development ideas.(2) Outward bound in basketball teaching values the team cooperation, realizes the different roles in the specific training projects, and has a good effect on the individual socialization and social adaptation.(3) Basketball outward bound is novel and unique, compared the experimental group with the matched group can improve the students’ team spirit and comprehensive quality.experimental results show that outward bound has obvious effect on basketball team cohesion level.(4) Playing basketball with outward bound plays a very important role in the teaching of basketball skills. At the same time, it can improve the athlete’s physical ability and cultivate the courage to fight; this kind of training also can make the players know well their strengths and weaknesses, further understand self-esteem and tapping personal potential, clear goals and personal values, redefine themselves and meet the challenges of life.
