As a human-specific spiritual phenomenon and the highest belief of life, belief fundamentally affects people’s spiritual life and practical activities. Beliefs endow the individual with the goal and the significance, which play important roles in a country’s development and even the whole historical changing. University students have long been regarded as the master of the era, the backbone of the society, which are the future constructors and successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. The contemporary university students’ belief condition not only is related to the personal growth, but also has connection with the nation’s hope and country’s future.However, with the rapid development of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up, foreign culture, especially western culture pours in, which has a strong impact on the traditional university campus culture. The conflicts of Multi-Cultures that make many university students be at a loss as to what to do, some university students weaken the Marxist Belief or appear belief crisis situation, which is a serious disadvantage to all-round development of university students and socialist modernization construction.Therefore, in view of the contemporary university students’ belief crisis situation, we must be on the base of an all round understanding this, analyze its causes and then work out effective strategies to solve the belief crisis, to rebuild their spiritual home, realize the overall harmonious and healthy development of the university students, further for the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors.This article starting with the concept of belief, after with profound understanding of the function and significance of the belief, shown the current situation of university students’ belief by a group of survey data, and then from the economy, culture, education, university students themselves and several factors to deeply analyze the cause of formation of the belief crisis. University students’ belief education will be the last stay point. And then from several aspects such as social education, school education, family education and self education to reshape the university students’ Marxist Belief to have a positive exploration about the path, which will hope to be helpful for shaping of the university students’ scientific belief.
