The course named morality and society is a comprehensive course based on student life. The course serves student good morality as a core to promote the social development of students for medium and high grades in primary school. The comprehensiveness of morality and society determines the importance of course resource development and utilization. During the practice process of morality and society teaching, current development and utilization status of extracurricular activity resource are not that optimistic. Students can speak and act in class, but they can’t perform in reality. In order to realize the teaching plans and goals of morality and society course, parts of teachers have no time to develop and utilize extracurricular activity resources but to catch up with progress, which leads to the “routinization” of class teaching process. Thus,how to develop and utilize morality extracurricular activity resources properly, how to enhance the pertinency and effectiveness of morality and society course, how to promote students to experience emotions in activity and how to develop, enhance and form good morality, are problems that need to be solved. This paper tries to research the current status, existing problems, main strategies and essential methods of morality and society course resource development and utilization, which provides reference to improve and enhance morality and society course teaching.This paper is composed of five chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction,introducing research background, research significance, domestic and international research status, research content and research method. Chapter 2 contains related concepts and theoretical basis of research. Chapter 3 includes strategy implementation of morality and society extracurricular activity resource development and utilization,and analyzes existing problems of traditional morality and society classes through analysis,and also includes the main strategy implementation process of resource development based on school, family and society. Chapter 4 is the summary of principles and strategy of morality and society extracurricular activity resource development and utilization, which briefly summarizes the main points of this paper and elaborates the limitation and future research of this paper.The innovation point of this paper is integrating school, family and social resources related to morality and society course into a data gram to develop and utilize properly, and adopting operable and practical teaching application strategies and practical example analysis, which enriches morality and society teaching resources, optimizes traditional morality and society teaching methods, and provides reference to traditional morality and society teaching reform.
