Study On The Present Situation And Countenneasures Of The Development Of Extracurricular Sports Activities In Suzhou High-tech Zone Primary School

As an important part of school physical education,extracurricular physical activity is the continuation and supplement of physical education.Together with physical education,it forms the main body of school physical education.Together with physical education,extracurricular physical activity is divided into intramural and extramural physical activity.The good and bad of the campus and extracurricular sports activities are related to students'physical and mental health development,sports interest cultivation and lifelong sports consciousness cultivation.Carrying out colorful extracurricular sports activities in primary school,on the one hand,is conducive to students' interest in physical exercise,develop a good habit of adhering to physical exercise,so as to comprehensively improve students'physical health level,on the other hand,it is of great significance to better achieve school sportsgoals.In this paper,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,comparative analysis research methods,such as the suzhou high-tech zone elementary school extracurricular sports activities to carry out the situation of investigation and study,found in suzhou high-tech zone every elementary school has carried out a certain amount of the school extracurricular sports activities,but there is a difference of quality.The main problems in the process of development are as follows:schools carry out intramural and extra-curricular sports,which are relatively serious.Football is involved in every school,while few schools carry out such sports as martial arts and gymnastics.The content of some school recess activities is not rich and simple.Physical education teachers generally lack official training experience;Whether students can participate in extra-curricular sports activities is limited by the amount of homework and parents' attitude.In order to promote the better development of extra-curricular sports activities in primary schools in suzhou high-tech zone,it is proposed to promote more sports events into extra-curricular sports activities.To organize physical education teachers to participate in professional training;Suggestions such as improving students' classroom efficiency,reducing homework assignments and helping parents with related work to ensure that students can better participate in intramural and extra-curricular sports activities.
