The Analysis And Consideration On The Present Situation Of Sports Teachers’ Continuing Education In Higher Vocational Colleges In Suzhou

Only with a good education of the people, the Chinese nation can be a sustainable developing nation, and a nation can be based on the forest of the world. Teachers play a key role in education. Therefore, the development of national relies on the development of education. While it must be accompanied by teachers’ development. The higher vocational education in China has been established for nearly 20 years, and it is an important part of higher education in China. With the rapid development of social economy in our country, higher education has been developing with unprecedented opportunities, and higher vocational education has been developing rapidly, sustainably and healthily. Today is the informational time when new science technology and theories are being applies to the the field of physical education. The one-time learned professional knowledge at the University can not meet the long-term needs of physical education.P. E. teachers’ continuing education is an effective way to improve the educational and professional quality of them. Through continuing education, teachers at the first line can learn a lot of new knowledge to update the concept of education, research, social practice and other aspects of continuous improvement and perfection of themselves. Therefore, the quality of physical education and the quality of P.E. teachers can be improved.In this paper, on the basis of Suzhou vocational college physical education teachers as the research sample, the author adopted so many research methods as the research method of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, etc. to study the higher vocational colleges of physical education teachers to continue education status as the research object. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of this research, summarizes the current situation of foreign and domestic teachers’ continuing education, and analyzes and studies the problems of the present situation of physical education teachers in Vocational Colleges in Suzhou.Conclusion: As for Suzhou Vocational College Physical Education, Teachers’ age, gender, professional title structure is reasonable. The purpose of physical education teachers to receive higher education is to master the new educational method, enhance scientific research ability, and improve educational or promotion title, but some physical education teachers to continue education consciousness need to further strengthen. As for the continuing educational content and form, assessment methods, most of the sports teachers believe it need to improve, and they can get more opportunities for continuing education. In receiving continuing education, working and learning are conflicts. Though the cost of continuing education is basically paid by school and training departments, the evaluation and incentive mechanism need to improve. The author suggests that the school improve relevant rules and regulations, establish the evaluation system, pay attention to and promote the healthy development of the physical education teachers, build a more reasonable physical education teachers, establish effective communication platform, make the school and sports teaching and research department(Department), the link between the resources, and gradually establish a more effective higher vocational college physical educational system.
