Education is related to the future development of our country.China is a country with a population of 1.3 billion,and education is a major issue related to people's livelihood.Socialism modernization requires a lot of talent,and the cultivation of talent needs educations' support.Continuing education as an important form of education,plays an increasingly important role.Higher vocational colleges cultivate a large number of technical personnel for the development of society,and higher vocational education is also in full swing.However,the traditional model of continuing education management is no longer adapted to the needs of economic and social development,so it is very important to establish a continuing education management model that is compatible with the time.Continuing education,as a national strategy,is an important educational weapon for rejuvenating the country through science and education.Due to the complexity of continuing education,the continuing education management mode of higher vocational colleges has its own characteristics.Based on the development of continuing education in higher vocational colleges and the related theories of continuing education,this paper explores the continuing education management mode of higher vocational colleges and analyzes them with examples,takes the continuing education of Tianjin H vocational colleges for example,finds the existing problems in the development of continuing education in Tianjin H vocational colleges,and draws the correct management mode for the development of continuing education in higher vocational colleges.It is found that the management mode of continuing education should be improved from five aspects: strengthening the policy support for the continuing education mode of higher vocational colleges;constructing the interactive platform for continuing education management in higher vocational colleges;improving the teaching mode of continuing education in higher vocational colleges;strengthening the training of teachers in continuing education in higher vocational colleges;exploring a variety of school mode and broaden the school space.
