Along with the development of the era of information, education informationization has become an important direction of the development of education in our country, the informationization development of higher vocational education put forward the new challenge to educational technology competence of teachers, the level of educational technology competence of teachers is the pivotal to the development of higher vocational education informationization. Along with the education technology becomes more and more widespread application in classroom teaching, educational technology competence of teachers will become more and more be taken seriously, improve educational technology competence of teachers is conducive to the further development of higher vocational teachers’ professional, to promote the reform and development of higher vocational education has a long-term significance.This study through varieties of research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, extensive investigate the present situation of educational technology competence of teachers in Henan province higher vocational colleges, in order to understand its general situation, and explore its existing problems, and find out the cause of the problem and put forward reasonable countermeasures. This paper is divided into the following six sections: the first chapter is introduction, introduces the writing background, research ideas and methods simply; The second chapter is the literature review and the analysis of related concepts and through simple overview of domestic and foreign research present situation, a profound understanding of educational technology competence of teachers’ standard, and introduces the factors of its ’in detail; The third chapter is the design and implement of questionnaire, based on collection and analysis the survey data, understand the real status of Henan vocational college educational technology competence of teachers, and summarizes the research conclusion. Fourth chapter enumerates the basic measures was taken in the ascension of higher vocational educational technology competence of teachers by the United States, Germany and Japan, and summarizes its enlightenment in context; The fifth chapter proposed from four aspects to improve related countermeasures of educational technology competence of teachers in Henan higher vocational colleges. The sixth chapter is conclusion and reflection on the whole study, this paper overall research situation, and summarizes the deficiency in writing the paper.
