Objective: In recent years, with the rapid development of Aerobics in the mass, aerobics has become an important part of school sports, and by the majority of students love. Aerobics teaching is based on the physical and mental development of students, the students have a plan to guide students to learn the basic knowledge, basic method, hand type, technology and other bilateral activities. In addition to aerobics teaching content rich, diverse action, combination and more, and the route is changeable, the action is difficult to ease, the difficulty of learning action, through the mutual help between students more convenient, a solid grasp of the action. Aerobics generally have more combination, to be a good finish, students must use their spare time to practice more, which requires students to have a higher autonomy. Traditional aerobics teaching methods are often just a taste of the "import", the missionary style of the infusion, killing the students learning autonomy, is not conducive to the improvement of students’ learning interest. The teaching mode of autonomous learning and cooperative learning is based on the theory of autonomous learning and cooperative learning, which is based on the characteristics of autonomous learning and cooperative learning. Through the research of the application of the teaching method of "self-cooperation" in the teaching of aerobics, this paper discusses the influence of self-cooperation teaching method on students’ Aerobics learning, and considers the problems in the practice of the theory.Methods: In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, and other research methods, the 60 female students in the Middle School of Qinhuangdao city as the experimental object, the experimental class and the control class were divided equally.Conclusions:1 using self-teaching in aerobics- cooperation teaching methods, improving students’ interest in learning aerobics superior to the conventional teaching methods.2 The Independent in calisthenics teaching- teaching mode of cooperation, to improve students’ learning attitude aerobics superior to the conventional teaching methods.3 uses in calisthenics teaching own- cooperation teaching methods, no significant difference in terms of improving students ’physical fitness compared with conventional teaching methods, and to improve the students’ basic skills aerobics is better than conventional teaching methods.4 using self-teaching in aerobics- cooperation teaching methods to improve students’ sense of cooperation is better than conventional teaching methods.5 uses independent in calisthenics teaching- teaching mode of cooperation, to improve students’ aerobics technical level is better than conventional teaching methods.
