With the deepening reform of higher education and the increasing demand for skilled talents, higher vocational education has rapidly developed in recent years. On the one hand, the higher vocational education can enrich our country’s higher education system; promote popularity of the higher education. On the other hand, the rapid development of higher vocational education for our country modernization also provides rich human resources. Education statistics, according to the ministry of education(2012), shows that there are a total of 2442 national institutes of higher learning, including 1297 higher vocational college. Though we ourselves have long known that: higher vocational education has the dual attributes: the "higher education" and "professional education", and its "professional education", the properties of the higher vocational education, is the "quality", the nature of the attribute; Higher vocational education now is identified by the ministry of education. It is not a level of " higher education ", but "a type of development of higher education, which has irreplaceable function", a correct positioning. Also it is to minister in addition education front during the period of "11th five-year plan" : "vigorously developing vocational education, including developing higher vocational education; improving the quality of higher education, improving the quality of higher vocational education." Therefore, higher vocational colleges is in full swing in the reform of our country, and the reform of course teaching methods in higher vocational college is the foundation.From the perspective of "stratified cooperative teaching method" on higher vocational college aerobics, teaching methods reform, the article has made the tracking survey, experiment, analysis and comparison, it is concluded that this kind of teaching method and the difference between the traditional teaching method, meanwhile, it puts forward the suggestions and comments, and enriches the aerobics option course in higher vocational college teaching method and means.By using the following methods: literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics research methods, such as in Mudanjiang university 2013 level 2 aerobics option course experiment contrast and analysis, the conclusions are as follows:First, the use of "stratified teaching" can not only improve the students’ sports skills, and can also improve the students’ interest in learning, cultivate and improve the enthusiasm of the students in the classroom, adapting to ability, competition ability, team cooperation ability and innovation ability;Second, "stratified teaching" can improve the effect of classroom teaching. In order to put more effort to get to know students situation, the teacher in class should be familiar with the characteristics of students and play the advantages of students. It is advisable to encourage every student to get exercise and meet their demands.Third, "stratified cooperative teaching method" can help students set up the idea of lifelong sports and habits, learning and life of the fitness needs.Fourth, it is suggested that different options courses, according to their actual situation of the specific implementation of "stratified cooperative teaching method",should put more emphasis on "stratified cooperative teaching method" in the process of implementing the scientific nature, and strengthen monitoring and guidance. Teaching effect is more prominent in the process of implementing the teaching mode.
