The Problem Of University Information Research In China

In the process of the development of human society, information disclosure is becoming more and more important in the rule of law and society, and the degree of information disclosure is one of the important signs to measure the degree of information of a country. Information disclosure is an important part of the democracy and the times of the rule of law, more and more countries start to pay attention, this is also the world’s countries on the development of information disclosure. In the context of information disclosure in the whole world, the information disclosure of the education system has begun to be concerned by the public. Information disclosure is an important part of the public information system, which is an important part of the national information disclosure, and also an important branch of the government information disclosure. So the information disclosure of university can be used as an important index to measure the information disclosure of our country. At the same time, the University’s own development, construction and improvement of democracy and the rule of law is also the information disclosure. Therefore, more and more colleges and universities began to pay more attention to information disclosure, information disclosure has become an inevitable trend in the development of information in Colleges and universities. In 2010, "the implementation of the information disclosure of higher education" was promulgated, and the specific standards and requirements were given.Our country university information disclosure has made some achievements, but with the continuous development of information, also found a number of problems, such as the public information disclosure is not in place, the information disclosure is not enough, the legal protection is not in place, etc.. These problems have greatly influenced the development of the information disclosure of our country. In this paper, we start from the actual needs of the existing literature, to the library, the Internet access to collect information and the relevant literature and theoretical knowledge, to grasp and understand the relevant concepts of University Information Disclosure in a specific environment. Secondly, referring to the good theory research methods, on the basis of this, learning, reference, and summarized the current situation and related problems of the university information disclosure. Through analyzing the present situation of the information disclosure of the universities in Jiangxi Province, and combining with the actual situation of the information disclosure of Jiangxi University, the theoretical research on the information disclosure of the university is carried out. In this paper, the reasons of the related issues are summarized, and some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems, and then the research methods and means are used to study the research.
