The Investigation Of The National Students Physical Health Standard Of Wuhu Primary And Secondary Schools

The formulation and implementation of the student physical health standard(made in 2002) which is to strengthen students’ physique and to promote our country school sports work has a positive role. In order to understand present situation and the department in charge of education degree of awareness of students physical fitness test, further understanding of basic data on the accuracy of the test and verification, the author used the questionnaire to analyze the basic situation. The purpose is to find out a solution to the problem to effectively and gradually improve the students physical health monitoring system, and the national students physical health standard.Based on the Wuhu city, the county, suburban and rural 51 school as investigation objects, the paper depends on the literature material, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics research methods. The results shows that Wuhu has made much great achievement after 10 years work. The work of data authenticity and report has been gradually strengthened year by year; School report data rate reached 100%. Main problems are included:(1) insufficient recognition of some schools, they haven’t reach the physical exercise standard of exercise an hour every day;(2) part of the school leaders are not familiar with the content of standard, many schools didn’t arrange time test;(3) some rural schools can not have students fitness testing work normally, part of the testing instrument is damaged or isn’t smart enough;(4) part of the school leaders didn’t give enough treatment to PE teachers, PE teachers’ attitude and responsibility are not serious that leads the test result worse.According to the above problems, this article suggested that:(1) the school leaders should pay much more attention to the knowledge of standard;(2) to speed up the school sports hardware construction, ensure the students physical fitness test instrument equipped with and update;(3) strengthen the propaganda work and strengthen inspection and supervision work of students’ physique test results.
