| The students’ knowledge is neither born with, nor given by teachers. The theory of constructivism holds that the knowledge is built on the learner’s existing experience. The method and the process of constructing knowledge are different for everyone, and this process can not be substituted by others. As a teacher, we should change our traditional minds, and converting our role from the initiator of knowledge to the organizer and guide of learning, who can design the classroom teaching carefully, try to improve the students’ learning enthusiasm by various methods, and help students to complete the formation of new knowledge structure thought their own thinking and learning activities. This paper introduces the teaching research on the Electrostatic Field chapter by Constructivism Theories, which has transitional function in the high school physics. First, the key points, difficult points and teaching requirements are analyzed, and questionnaire surveys of the students’ mastering of preconceptions of the Electrostatic Field, their difficulties in learning and the teachers’ teaching situations of this chapter are performed. Then, the teaching suggestions are given and the teaching practice is carried on. Finally, the teaching results of the two classes are compared, and the conclusions and some reflections in teaching practice are given, which may be helpful to the teaching of the Eectrostatic Field in the high school physics. |
