| What is believed in the world is that the 21st century is the age of entrepreneurship.When they graduate from college, students find that it is difficult to find a job. More and more students has chosed entrepreneurship as the way to achieve their ambitions. Entrepreneurship has also become the key to overcome the employment problem and develop economics of all countries. The 3rd Plenary Session of 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee appealed us to strengthen employment mechanisms and entrepreneurship systems of graduates, Integrate development of the venture fund, perfect the favourable policies for supporting the entrepreneurship, carry out policies which can encourage college graduates to choose entrepreneurship and so on, aim to keep them from fail and lead tnem to success. So how to enhance the college students’ entrepreneurial success rate becomes a topic concerned by more and more investors, experts and scholars. Firstly, we will summarize the previous studies’conclusions, then make comparations of the enterpreneurship of domestic and foreign students. With the questionnaire survey of colleges cooperated with Jinan Venture Assosiation and members of Jinan entrepreneurs union and entrepreneurship communication groups of part colleges in Jinan, to do regression and SWOT, inductively analysis and discuss the key aspects of entrepreneurial success for college Student. At last, the article give questions, at mean time give advice. Article shows that education, expereience, professional, capital to start-up, team and so on are the key factors for graduates to start a business successfully. In addition, the article also give advice about the present situation of college students’ entrepreneurship at the aspects of internal factors andl environment factors in order to solve the problems such as the weak social and cultural foundation, the non-perfect entrepreneurship education system, the poor preparation for students’ entrepreneurship, the problem of the financing. |
