Study On The Operation Mechanism And Influencing Factors Of College Students "Innovation & Entrepreneurship"Structure Research

Innovation-driven development,as an important national strategy,has become a key supporting factor in leading the economic transition,and the construction of "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform among college students plays an important role.Hunan has "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" to value and support as the new ideas to support economic restructuring,the new methods to improve the impulse of overall development,and the new blood to promote innovation-driven development.This paper studied college students "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform which is based on the regional innovation network.The first part is the introduction,explaining research background and significance,sorting out relevant literatures from the research about the operation mechanism of "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform,the influence factors of "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform and the regional innovation network,then putting forward some innovations.The second part is the theoretical foundation,introducing briefly the connotation of regional innovation network and the "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform,and getting the theoretical analyzing framework based on the regional innovation network from the "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" theory,regional innovation theories and network externality theories;the third part of the use of existing innovation and platform construction data,to analyze the current situation of college students "Innovation &Entrepreneurship" platform,including the domestic number of new enterprises The "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" service platform,the status quo,the "Innovation &Entrepreneurship" platform showing regional features and "Innovation &Entrepreneurship" platform construction trend analysis,and current situation of college students "management platform" brief evaluation,summarize the current situation and problems of platform;research on the operation mechanism of the fourth part "Chance & Change " platform,research on the operation mechanism of college students the "Innovation & Entrepreneurship" platform,focusing on the policyplatform project selection mechanism,management mechanism,resources integration mechanism,incentive mechanism and network coordination mechanism of regional innovation network in the platform operation mechanism;the fifth part of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors influencing the students "hit the platform running,the qualitative analysis of factors including policy support,individual ability,information network and social network effects,and the quantitative analysis by The questionnaire survey data to construct structural equation models and ordered Probit mo del,verify the effect of different factors on the platform;the sixth part put forward the main conclusions of the study and the regional innovation network based on the mechanism and influence factors of the Chance &Change " platform targeted policy recommendations.
