Electromagnetic compatibility detection technology is a new technology in recent years, in the field of aerospace, aviation and weapon equipment and other high-end electronic products, because it has a high starting point, high standard, high technology content, high demand for management four major characteristics, and the construction of large investment, is the most important in the field of construction projects. Shandong Aerospace Electronics Technology Research Institute in June 2015 began to build the EMC test chamber.This construction project to spend a lot of money, material resources and human resources, and once built, difficult to change, the project put into operation to ensure that meet the needs of scientific research and production, in the economic field to implement the project can get huge benefits, project management is a very important reason is that the risk is effective, comprehensive identification and practical measures to take, so the risk management of the project is particularly important.This paper studies the risk management of Aerospace Electronic Technology Research Institute of Shandong aerospace electronic technology research, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identify the risk of the project is divided into eleven categories of technical risk, investment risk, legal risk, risk, management risk, risk, security risk, quality risk, operational risk, risk, risk, cost risk and so on, To evaluate the overall risk level of the project, the project can be carried out according to the plan, identify the key risk factors and put forward the preventive measures, has the ability to make the project management to understand the overall risk level, to understand the key risk factors, so as to implement effective risk management. This paper puts forward some specific preventive suggestions, such as establishing special management organization, the risk points included in project process, risk awareness, risk management, strengthening the management of risk management information system, strengthening the management of laboratory documents, establishing the quick response mechanism.This paper is divided into seven parts. In the second part, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, the basic principle and the advantages and disadvantages of the basic principles and methods of risk identification and risk assessment. In the third part, the background of the construction project is described. The fourth and fifth part is the main part of this thesis. Analysis of risk sources of this project, using the work structure decomposition method and Delphy Fa, sensitivity analysis method to identify the risk factors of each stage, build the project risk evaluation index system, using the expert investigation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify the risk factors of the risk factors, to determine the overall risk of the project, and identify the key risk factors.The sixth part, on the basis of risk identification and evaluation, according to the key risk factors of the project to develop a practical strategy; the seventh part, summarize the full text, put forward the prospect.
