At present,the tide of information technology in the world is rising rapidly,and information construction plays an important role in promoting social and economic development.China is no exception in the field of information construction in Colleges and universities,and gradually accelerate the improvement of information system matching with modern education.However,although most of the information systems in Colleges and universities in our country have invested a lot in human and financial resources,have begun to take shape and gradually enriched in content,but the information system in Colleges and universities is subject to its complexity and particularity,such as political,economic,financial input and other institutional factors,lack of infrastructure,no guarantee mechanism,lack of information awareness and other internal factors,all of which will be in the teaching of information technology in Colleges and universities There are many risks in scientific research and management,such as basic risk,application risk,information security system risk and so on.Based on the systematic analysis of the research on risk management of information projects at home and abroad,this paper takes X university information projects as the starting point,makes an in-depth study on its risk management,and puts forward specific risk prevention suggestions.First of all,this paper clarifies the research results in related fields,expounds the general situation of project risk management,and the connotation and methods of risk identification,assessment and prevention;secondly,this paper combines theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of the project,uses brainstorming method and Delphi method tocomprehensively identify the risks in the planning stage,construction stage and operation stage of X university informatization project,and finds out the existence of the planning stage In the planning risk,leadership risk,capital risk,construction period risk,quality risk,cost risk,technology risk,safety risk and outsourcing risk in the construction stage,and in the operation stage,there are bearing layer risk,informatization application risk and informatization guarantee risk.Thirdly,on the basis of identifying risk factors,the project risk is analyzed by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Through calculation,the risks of target level,criterion level and scheme level of the project are evaluated and sequenced.It is considered that X university informatization project has "high" risks,and there are differences in risks in different stages,with "low" risks in the planning stage,with "high" risks in the construction stage,and with "low" risks in the operation stage.In addition,the quality risk,informatization application risk and construction period risk are high risks in the scheme level risk,the bearing level risk,technology risk,planning risk and cost risk are medium risks,and informatization guarantee risk,leadership risk,outsourcing risk,safety risk and capital risk are low risks.Finally,according to the risk assessment results,specific preventive measures are formulated to make the project orderly,stable construction and operation has strong practical significance. |
