The development of science and technology has affected all aspects of social life, and education is no exception. China’s education system is also experiencing the most profound change. In the tide of revolution, there are many new educational theories, teaching ideas and models. Flipped Classroom Teaching Model, originating from the United States, has gained great success. However, When it is introduced to China, can it still produce that kind of great effect on our country’s education? Is this teaching model still suitable to our education system, especially in the counties, towns and suburb areas? These problems concern the front-line educators most, and are also worth thinking and studying.This thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part of this paper, the author expounds the theoretical basis of the flipped classroom through the document research, and illustrates the differences between the flipped classroom and the traditional classroom to get a better understanding of the flipped classroom, expecting that he can fully show his understanding of the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model, and prepare for the following contents. In the second part of the paper, the author states the experimental background, purposes, objects, designs, implementation plans of the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model in physics teaching according to the "361 Classroom Model" organized by his school. In the third part of the paper, the author mainly states the basic strategies in physics flipped classroom based on the"361 Classroom Model". At the same time, he also presents his opinions on the localization of the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model, expecting it to be more close to the actual teaching environment so as to play a better role. The fourth part of this paper is to do statistics analyze, compare and analyze the data of the teaching experiment, draw a conclusion accordingly and give out relative suggestions.Through this paper, we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation of Flipped Classroom Teaching Model in physics in those areas which are weak in software and hardware condition, including the implementation of the method, the actual results, and the change of "localization" process, as to gain a truly objective and rational view of the localization process in Flipped Classroom Teaching Model, and avoid the literalization and imitation.In general, the "361 class" model as the basic strategy of the flipped classroom can positively promote the effect in high school physics teaching. The experimental result shows that the promotion of the class model is particularly significant, especially for those students who have the weak knowledge foundation. It can not be ignored that the requirement for the FC, the shortage of hardware condition can truly affect teaching result, but according to the actual situation of localization, it still can play a good role in the promotion of teaching.
