The students' employment situation is increasingly serious, on the one hand, China's highereducation by leaps and bounds, increasing the number of college graduates in China, led to theincreasing scale of graduates and the job market increasingly saturated; the other hand, the socialneeds of the talent level constantly changing, the landslide of teaching quality, lack of GraduateEmployability also a university student employment difficult. Among them, the studentsemployability is low is an important reason for student employment difficulty. Therefore,improving the employability of college students, College Students' overall quality of theguidance of college students successfully employed to become one of the important taskcurrently placed in front of higher education.Graduate employability is an employment-related capacity, students learn various skills,development of human capital and social capital and understanding of occupational groups, thedevelopment of capacity in career development planning, to get a job, keep working, andreplacement work. Graduate employability and the structure is divided into five dimensions ofcapacity of17, five dimensions of professional competence, basic skills, personal qualities,self-development and job skills.The survey found that the employment of college students the ability to have the followingcharacteristics: Overall, the strong personal qualities and basic skills of college students,professional competence, job skills, self-development capacity of the weakest; Specifically,within five ability of the specific capacity development is very uneven, each high and low;college students all the specific capacity, the strongest is in personality qualities such aspersonality traits in a positive attitude, behavior and motivation, the job ability of interviewcapacity and self-promotion is weakest.The survey found that students employability culture has a lot of problems to be solved:goal setting is not clear on employability training; curriculum with a lag, course content is thelack of cutting-edge; classroom instruction in employability training not to play its due role;students 'associations to improve students' abilities is not obvious; colleges and universities lackof employability training evaluation system.Ability of college students employment problems reasons: universities and government, theemployer in the lack of sustained and effective cooperation in the process of employabilitytraining, employability training, policy and financial support is not enough, the employer isactive in the student employability training sense of responsibility, communication andcooperation between universities and the government, the employer should be strengthened;Graduate employability and training objectives are not clear enough, the lack of features; Graduate employability training deficiencies; employment and capacity assessment of collegestudents lack of effective mechanisms.Students employability training should proceed from the following aspects: to build thegovernment, universities, the employer tripartite with college students' employability trainingsystem; Graduate employability training goal setting in conjunction with universities practical,reflect the characteristics; employment ability of university students to be classroom teaching,group activities combined; Students employability assessment should focus on the quantificationof the "process".
