Justice is the most basic guideline of morality and value, it would constraint people’s ideas and behaviors better, the employment of the college graduates has become an increasingly importment issue, especially the change of university employment policy, which made graduates face more difficult employment situation, so far, the existing research rarely establish the connection between the two. While, the comprehensive understanding of the college guaduates’ employment justice, can not only enriched and expanded the theory research category of justice, but also to guide the gratuates how to prepare the employement, meanwhile to provide the basis for the state formulating guaduates’ employment of macroeconomic regulation. Therefore, researching the employment justice of guaduats has both theory value and practical significance.In this study, we try to solve the following questions on the basis of existing research:(1) Building the theory structure of graduats’ employment justice; (2) Designing the questionnaire of graduats’ employment justice; (3) Discussing the characteristics of graduats’ employment justice. We got the initial questionnaire-item and test the original theory conception of graduats’ employment justice by measuring open questionnaire; We further modified questionnaire-item through statistical analysis of the two predicted questionnaire, and then formed a formal questionnaire. Finally, we did the quality research and sample investigation on the formal questionnaire, and got conclusions as follows:1. Considering of employment opportunity, employment procedure, employment result and relationship in employment, we think college graduats’employment justice is comprised of eight factors, which are employment opportunity, information disclosure, employment program, employment basis, employment treatment, potential interference, self-display and comprehensive evaluation.2. The formal questionnaire of college graduats’ employment justice is proven to be of fine reliability and validity, and can be used as the tool of surveying college graduats’ employment justice.. College graduats’ justice on employment basis is highest, while their justice on employment treatment is minimum, degree is the biggest impact factor on college graduats’ employment justice.4. There are no significant differences in gender and origin, but boies’ justice on potential interference and employment treatment is higher than girls’, the ones who came from city have higher sense of justice on potential interference and self-display than those who came from countryside.5. There are significant differences in degree and professional, in particular, the highly educated graduates’ employment justice is significantly higher than low degree graduates’, engineering graduates’ employment justice is higher, while the medical graduates’ employment justice is lower. |
