In this paper, according to face the problem of the general idea, first proposed encounter what problem, and analysis suggestions to encounter these problems, finally solve the problem. Using the ideas to find the master of sociology graduate employment encounter what problem, subdivision analysis proved to produce the employment problem the reason, finally, explore the effective suggestions and countermeasures what is aimed at the influencing factors have been analyzed, to solve the problems encountered in the employment process of the master of sociology postgraduate.From the current situation of graduate education in China, the enrollment expansion began in 1999, the number of graduate students in 2012 increased to 1656000, the average annual growth of 154.9%, after more than ten years of expansion and development, the research of graduate education system has some doubts. For example, the development of educational management system and market demand is not reasonable; the scale of the construction of supervisor team cannot adapt to the scale of postgraduate enrollment; the training mode and degree management system cannot meet the needs of the market. With the current graduate education, graduate employment problems are gradually emerging, and the development trend of this kind of employment is also getting more and more worrying, and has caused the high attention from the media, universities, government and other fields. However, according to the research on the employment of graduate students, we find that there is little research data on the graduate students’ employment. The research on this issue from the subject angle is mostly on the employment of the master of education graduate students, and the amount of information is not a lot of. At the same time, because there is difference between the subjects, the influence of different subjects for graduate on the employment is also different, as well as the difficulties encountered, so when the master of sociology researcher are committed to the study of many social problems in the transition period of china, and to analyze these problems to contribute their own strength, sociology research workers also should pay attention to the employment of graduates of this subject. At the same time, because in the sociology graduate students, the master of sociology graduate student’s employment problem is more and more severe than the doctoral of sociology students in the employment, the research object of this paper is to study the master of sociology graduate students, carrying out an in-depth study of the existing problems in the employment of the group, and put forward some constructive suggestions.From the practical point of view, the employment situation of the graduates of the society also reflects the practical value and significance of the sociology, the development of the subject, and the training quality. Therefore, the research on the employment problem of the master of sociology graduate students is helpful to understand the situation, and to make the University have targeted measures to improve the construction of the subject, let the graduate students understand their own will encounter difficulties in the employment, and take effective strategies to deal with, and finally achieve the improvement of the quality of graduate employment. From the point of view of theory, this research is to study the employment problems of master of sociology graduate students, on one hand, it summarizes the characteristics of current sociology, the present situation of subject construction and the employment of graduates. On the other hand, there is very little research on the employment of the master of sociology graduate in the research field data, this paper is a supplement to the research field of employment problem, but also provides a theoretical basis and theoretical guidance to solve the problem of social science graduate employment.Because of the need of this research, this paper adopts qualitative research method, and uses the methods of data collection, such as interview, literature and so on. Through the research, the problems in the employment of the master of sociology are mainly reflected in:the academic training of master of sociology graduate and the demand of the sociology graduate in the market is dislocation. There are two main reasons for the problems of supply and demand in the employment of the master of sociology graduate, inside and outside. The external factors mainly include:(1) China’s current labor employment situation;(2) Industrial structure adjustment;(3) Master of social science graduates’ complex job mentality; (4) The employing unit is too practical to use people’s attitude; (5) Market development is not perfect. Internal factors mainly refers to the construction of the discipline of sociology, including sociology discipline characteristic, training objectives, curriculum, training quality. On the basis of previous studies, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems of the employment and supply and demand of the master of sociology, including the strengthening of social discipline and professional construction, adjustment of the individual job search strategy, employing units to make use of the employment. Finally, summarizes the conclusions of this study and reflect, and think through college, employer, graduates themselves and other aspects of joint efforts, will effectively improve the sociology graduate employment difficult situation.
