Chongqing Municipality Sport Master Employment Status Of Graduate Students Research

It's shortage of high level workers before the 2lth century in China for China's national conditions, so it's easy for graduate students to find a satisfactory job. However,it tends to gradually balance for graduate level with social development. And the number of graduate students in university is higher and higher from nineteen-ninety-nine .And it meets the shortage of high level workers as the number increases. But it's not easy for a graduate student to find a job especially in recent years. The problem of graduate employment has become increasingly prominent,and have be paid more attention. The sports school graduates are the huge parts of the contingent of graduate students and Physical education and Training graduate student is very important to the sports school graduates. This paper discussed employment problem from phenomenon, analysis and counter measures of employment status there under the collected information and the inquired questionnaires. The author of this paper selected educational and training graduate students from Institute of Physical Education Chongqing University, Educational and training graduate students of Southwestern University, for research by literature method, visiting method, logical analysis, questionnaire method and statistical method. The research showed that: l) the overall employment rate is not high but decreasing annually; 2) most of graduates worked in the provinces and cities which they studied; 3) the vast majority of the graduates worked in developed regions but in the western region; 4) they mainly concentrated in colleges and universities in the sports system, and less in primary, secondary schools and others. And it found that the government policy, social relations, the curriculum and the graduate students themselves impacted their employment. Finally it gave advices from the government's macroeconomic regulation and control training unit functions and several graduate students. This paper works for the sports organization and the raining units to prove the quality of graduate and it has practical and theoretical significance.
