In recent years, China’s society and economy develop very rapidly, people are faced with more pressure and competition than ever, the same as the education, especially in the psychological health education of high school students. School psychological health education should not only be limited to the specialized psychological courses or lectures, but to penetrate in the different discipline teaching, geography should also play to its own characteristics to osmotic psychological health education.This article mainly uses literature review method, questionnaire survey, theoretical analysis, case analysis and so on, to research the high school geography teaching in the penetration of mental health education. Using mental health education as the starting point, the author firstly issues questionnaire survey to analyse the current situation of high school geography infiltration mental health education, explains the necessity of infiltrating mental health education in high school geography teaching; secondly, discusse the significance and feasibility of psychological health education in high school geography teaching, and in combination with the four years’ practice of high school geography teaching, put forward the implementation strategies of the psychological health education of penetration in high school geography teaching, and maintain that teachers should not only create a good external environment, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, but also pay attention to improve their own quality, fully tap the teaching resources, grasp different teaching methods and psychological health education strategy. At last, the author studies the practice of the integration of mental health education through the case of "the integrity of the natural environment." In short, this article provides a reference for the geography teachers to penetrate the mental health education, hoping to promote the mental health of students better than before.
