The high school stage in a person's life to physiological, psychological dramatic developmental changes in the critical period, vulnerable to external factors that lead to mental health problems. In recent years much research and survey shows that, the current our country high school students mental health problems can not be optimistic, worrying. In the stage of senior high school education of psychological health, especially in teaching the infiltration of mental health education, to maintain and promote the development of students' mental health, has become the urgent task of school education. This article from the current society has a few mental health case proceed with, pointed out that the emphasis on adolescent mental health research on issues of importance, and from the biological teaching particularity, Humanism learning theory, developmental psychology, the new high school biology curriculum standard as the theoretical basis, definition of the high school students'Psychological health standard, to the senior high school students'mental health problems were studied, and by the method of literature research, experimental teaching method, case analysis, from the theory and practice of senior high school biology teaching mental health education this paper studies.This paper uses"Chinese middle school student mental health scale", on the model of Hunan province high school in Xinshao a total of 385 people were part of the students psychological health survey, found that students in unstable mood, anxiety, learning stress, prevalence of mental health problems, and the results of investigation and the causes were analyzed.Senior high school biology teaching mental health education practice in senior high school biology new curriculum, according to infiltrate psychological health education requirements, listed in the teaching material of biology with psychological health education knowledge, design a" cell senescence and apoptosis"," nervous regulation and humoral regulation relationship" and other psychological health education.
