Learning is the main task of high school students, especially in the era of knowledge economy. The significance of learning is more and more important. Learning requires more attention to independence. The influence of the subjective aspect includes the spirit,intelligence, psychological factors, etc. Objective aspects, that is, includes school, society,family and other external factors. Both the subjective and the objective interrelated affect learning results of high school students in different degrees and academic performance.The study can not only help us understand the deficiency which can make students finally point out problems and help them to correct mistakes before the exam, but also provide a reference for students' autonomous learning and specimens.Based on the above background, this research mainly from the teaching phenomenon analysis, analysis of students' subjective initiative, the current application of the more traditional teaching type teaching mode, the multimedia teaching mode and learning case teaching mode comparison research. Through questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, case analysis and other aspects of support, summarize the factors which will affect the students' final grades, and from these factors of the study to explore the effects of them on the final grades, whether these factors have in common, whether all the student's result is affected by these factors. Summarized a template to help students and teachers clear understanding the related factors that affect studentperformance, can help them to find the reason and improving method, can have a better service for the students.
