The network communication technology is widely used in various fields, which provides an open, dynamic and rich learning environment for teachers’ teaching and research. The network research community can promote the teachers’ network teaching and research activities and the smooth development of teachers’ distance training, effectively. However, some inefficiencies in the current network research community hindered the promotion of the network research community in promoting the professional development of teachers. However, the activity theory provides a new idea and method for the construction of the network research community.Based on the thorough analysis of the various elements of the activity theory and its components, this research regards the system framework of activity theory as the main theoretical guidance. On this basis, combine learning community theory as an important theoretical support.Conduct the research on the current situation and demand of middle and primary school teachers’ participation in the network research community by questionnaire survey, from which we can have a fair idea of current problems of the network research community and the expectations of teachers on the network research community, providing the basis and reference for the construction of the network research community.The author combines the investigation of present situation and the result of demand analysis, applies the activity theory to the network research community, and strives to summarize and refine the model of the network research community from the perspective of activity theory, to extend and enrich the application of activity theory. The network research community model is based on the framework of activity theory, transforming the elements of the activity theory to the various elements of the network research environment, to accord with the actual situation of network research. Among the various elements in the model, training rules and responsibilities of the labor division are the most important elements, which are the key to carry out the network research community effectively.Based on the theoretical model, according to the specific construction process of network research community, I construct the practice model of network research community, which contains the activities implementation model of network research and the community structure model of network research. The activities implementation model of network research fully reflects the thought of activities, emphasizes the rules and division of labor, realizes the updating of the resources in time and provides specific and practical guidance for frontline teachers to perform the network research activities in the network research community. The community structure model of network research reflects the tool is the main research support platform. The personal space and community space separately provides opportunities of show and in-depth exchange for trainees and community. This model provides a reference for frontline teachers to concretely construct the network research community.With the help of the existing practice opportunities and platforms, I apply the model of the network research community to the concrete practice in real life. To explain how the theoretical model and the practical model guide the concrete and practical construction process in the round, I mainly use the practice case of the construction of network research community. Through the method of interview survey, I interview the participant about their interview experience and advice on the network research community, as the evaluation of the network research community.The limitation of the level of individual ability makes the application of activity theory in the network research community unsuccessful, which performs in following aspects:the range of practical application is too small; some elements are not perfect. In the follow-up study, the author hopes to find out more teachers to participate in the network research community, constantly improving and revising the rules and the division of responsibilities in practice, processing the resources in the process of finishing and improving, and making the micro video solutions based on the questions of teaching practice, to realize the normalization of teacher network training gradually.The purpose of the study is to construct a model of network research community, guiding the construction of the current network research community. The network research community can really help teachers to carry out effective network research activities, to provide a reliable guarantee for the professional development of frontline teachers.
