Child care and education are the core of kindergarten education,and the effect of cooperation between nursery governesses and kindergarten teachers will directly affect the quality of kindergarten education.Only when kindergarten teachers and nursery governesses break through the division of labor and unite together can they achieve better cooperation.This study attempts to use the division of labor as an entry point to deeply describe the performance of the kindergarten teacher Y and nursery governess L who have transcended the institutionalized division of labor,their views on the institutionalized division of labor,the understanding of the value of transcending institutionalized division of labor,and the understanding of the reason for transcending the institutionalized division of labor,to summarize the cooperation experience of both parties.In the study,the event sampling observation method and interview method were used to investigate the incidents of the transcending institutionalized division of labor and the views of kindergarten teacher Y and nursery governess L.The research conclusions are as follows:First of all,on the performance of the transcendence,the nursery governess’ s transcendental division of labor is manifested in the work of parents,living activities,outdoor activities,large-scale kindergarten activities,area game activities,environmental creation,and collective teaching activities.aspect.Secondly,regarding the view of the institutionalized division of labor,kindergarten teacher Y and nursery governess L not only affirmed the value of the institutionalized division of labor,but also pointed out the problems in the institutionalized division of labor.Thirdly,the kindergarten teacher Y and nursery governess L think that the value of transcending the institutionalized division of labor includes two aspects: self,class.Finally,there are commonalities and differences in the interpretation of the reasons for the transcending the institutionalized division of labor by the kindergarten teacher Y and nursery governess L.Based on the analysis of the above research conclusions,the researchers sort out the enlightenment for the kindergarten teachers,nursery governesses and kindergartens.kindergarten teachers and nursery governesses need to share a common vision;building warm interpersonal relationships;growing up together in dialogue;breaking layers and building equal working relationships.Kindergartens need to encourage kindergarten teachers and nursery governesses to interact on the basis of aclear division of labor actively;provide professional support for kindergarten teachers and nursery governesses to transcend the institutionalized division of labor.
