To improve the living conditions, resulting in the television has become an essential product in the home, watching TV is a simple but long thing for people. TV as a mass media, transmitted to people, every kind of rich and colorful world, affecting people’s world outlook. Pre school period is an important period for the development of language and social development, TV in the elegant simplicity of the language is not only beneficial to children memorize, increase your vocabulary, but also help to correct children the correct pronunciation. The TV transmission of the mainstream social values, flaunt and promoting role in children’s social development. But some TV programs advocate consumerism, hedonism and let the children stay in advertising, violence, pornography and other negative environmental and long time of watching TV will not only do harm to the eyes, but also easy to cause a variety of diseases, such as obesity, hyperactivity and autism. The influence of TV for children, we do not ignore, but also should not ignore whether, in the right way, can play a real role in educational TV. A viewing behavior of young parents can well realize and control children. But in the generational phenomenon common today, ancestor is the lack of parental knowledge, not the correct view children’s viewing behavior, produce the wrong ideas and practices, resulting in the inter generational education of children created a lot of behavioral problems.This paper tries to from the inter generational education of children’s viewing behavior this perspective, through the analysis of the relationship between the viewing behavior and grandparents way, in-depth study of problems existing in the inter generational education. These problems to play a role as a bridge and education of kindergarten is side is dressed in the mirror, aiming at these problems, kindergarten how to optimize education management promote grandparents better parenting is worth studying.This study adopt purposive sampling, the ancestors of grandparenting families selected as subjects. By using the method of questionnaire, participants were asked to fill out a parenting style questionnaire and children’s viewing behavior questionnaire and valid questionnaires were collected. The collected data for analysis and research, draw the conclusion, and needle to these conclusions, the kindergarten how to optimize education management put forward feasible suggestions and provide effective protection for the grandparents, promote healthy viewing behavior of preschool children develop. This paper from four aspects of kindergarten according to the health of children’s viewing behavior to develop the problem, how to optimize education management suggestions: first, optimize the kindergarten daily management; second, to improve the quality of preschool teachers;, strengthen children’s TV literacy enlightenment education; fourth, in a variety of ways to improve grandparents parenting skills.
