Ideological and moral education is a humanistic course which has a strong connotation of profound humanistic care, ideological and moral education teaching is also an art of cultivating, shaping, developing and consummating people. The ideological and moral curriculum standard explicitly puts forward that humanity is one of the nature of this discipline. Therefore, special attention to teaching moral character of humanism should both comply with the requirements of quality education, and the developing trend of the times. But in the course of teaching activity to show humanity, there are still many problems. In China, the study of theory for humanistic moral teaching in junior middle school lacks in-depth discussion and the solution to the problems systematically and completely. Aiming at these deficiencies, this article attempts on the teaching of junior middle school moral humanity, from the humanism of teaching goal, the humanism of teaching content, the humanism of teaching process, the humanism of teaching method, the humanism of teaching evaluation. This paper connecting with the concrete examples highlights humanism in ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school.This paper mainly includes three parts besides the introduction part, respectively:The first part is the interpretation of the junior middle school moral teaching humanistic connotation and characteristics. This part is the combination of ideological and moral discipline nature and the characteristics of the junior middle school students both physical and mental development. The connotation includes: highlight care for students’ spiritual growth; with the profound foundation of outstanding human culture and national spirit; teaching students in a pleasant manner; to cultivate students’ humanities manners and social responsibility as the goal. The features of ideological and moral education in junior middle school include human nature and culture. Human nature is based on students, starting from the real different situation of students, respect students’ learning in the process of teaching and the development law, take care for the students’ need for their spiritual growth, discover a pleasure and acceptable way for student to organize teaching content and teaching implement, to improve the students’ humanities accomplishment and the goal of social responsibility. Culture that is spectacular human culture and national spirit as the foundation edify students mind, promote students’ humanities accomplishment and social responsibility, and enhance the attraction and appeal of moral character.For the second part, this paper discusses the necessity of humanism moral teaching. This article mainly expounds from two aspects. First, pay attention to humanity, it is the demand of moral education nature. Although widely absorbs the ideological and moral course science, especially the development of social science achievements, manifests the multiple characteristics, but the pursuit of humanity is the purpose of this course is the most fundamental and most prominent characteristics. Ideological and moral education is a door under the guidance of scientific theory, the junior middle school students integrated humanities courses of ideological and moral education. Second, pay attention to the needs of humanity is to improve the teaching of moral teaching. The problems of moral education points out that improving the present situation, must pay attention to the humanism in the teaching, based on students, stimulate students’ enthusiasm, initiative, to enhance the attraction and appeal of course, to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the course teaching.The third part, highlighting humanistic moral education teaching strategy. This paper presents an example of related education teaching theory and teaching from the teaching goal, teaching content, teaching process, teaching methods and teaching evaluation of five aspects proposed the implementation measures of junior high school moral teaching humanism. Respectively is: first, highlight the humanism of teaching goal, this article from the accurate grasp the moral character of moral education, emotions, attitudes and values as the core goal; Deep understanding of moral character of the course target, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ humanities quality two aspects are expounded. Second, highlight the humanism of teaching content, this article dig from the effective utilization of the human resources of ideological and moral teaching material, make full use of the human resources of related subjects, widely use the human resources of three aspects are expounded. Third, give prominence to the humanism of teaching process, this article studies the establishment of a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students and build a culture of the two aspects of teaching atmosphere are expounded. Fourth, highlight the humanism of teaching method, this paper go in-depth to the grasp of the teaching methods of humanistic principles and concrete methods to highlight the teaching methods of humanistic two aspects are expounded. Principles including subjectivity, cognitive and emotional coordinated development, the principle of independent construction, concrete methods have equal dialogue and gaming experience. Fifth, highlight the humanism of teaching evaluation, this paper is to enhance the students’ humanities accomplishment, and cultivate a healthy personality as evaluation target; attaches great importance to the students as the main body status; humanistic evaluation ways three aspects are expounded.
