Our country has been advocating the moral education of the people,putting moral education in the primary position of quality education,which is through all aspects of education and teaching.But moral education in the junior middle school has been to test for assessment,to impart knowledge as the main purpose of education,teachers and students has been in a passive state,and moral education in junior middle school has not adapted to the requirements of the times with the increasing trend of people's value,the thought of moral education is concerned by social,people-oriented moral education has been widespread concern in society.It is of great practical significance to reveal the current situation of moral education in junior middle schools from the perspective of humanization and to explore the strategies to promote humanistic moral education management.Based on three core concepts of humanization,humanistic moral education,humanistic moral education management.This paper takes H junior middle school as case with the view of humanization,investigate and analysis of the present situation of junior middle school through the questionnaire and interview,discusses the influencing factors of the moral education of the humanized management and puts forward the strategy of the management of moral education.Humanistic moral education management is people-oriented,moral education is based on people.The survey found that H junior middle school has problems included the high goal of moral education,imperfect positioning system of moral education,the lack of democratic participation in the process of moral education,backward moral education methods,unreasonable planning work,lack of moral education,unclear organization,simple moral culture construction,moral evaluation set "teachers and students" in the passive,weak "students" moral quality problems.The influencing factors are from school,society and family.It is necessary to promote the humanistic moral education management,it need establish the construction of the three-in-one net moral education work management system as the foundation;adhere to humanization,improve the campus moral education cultural environment;establish a "student" as orientation in the processing of moral education,emphasize the dominant position of students;adhere to humanization,optimize teachers' democratic management in moral education evaluation system;adhere to humanization,improve the teachers' moral education into the occupation spirit;adhere to humanization,optimize the construction of modern network of moral education content.
