Now, many students learn for the sake of learning and few cultivate abilities in independent thinking and active reflection. During learning of senior high school math, it is common that students spend a quantity of time learning without satisfactory results. The frustrating results can be attributed to students ’ inability of active reflection.Consequently, it is rather important for senior high students to do reflective leaning in terms of math. It is also an integral part of learning. On the basis of reading a multitude of literature on reflective learning of math, the author studies the current condition of math reflective learning in high school by questionnaire and observation in class. The study finds that students have little awareness of reflection, bad habits and poor ability in reflection. Reasons can be concluded from two aspects: students and teacher. Students are weak in self-discipline, learning attitude and ways of learning.Teachers should pay more attention to reflective ability and ways of teaching. Hereby, the author proposes suggestions from perspectives of pre-class, in-class and post-class to guide reflective learning in math for students. In preview,self-reflection should be made to enhance awareness of reflection. In class, sound reflective habits should be cultivated through teaching of conceptions, theorem, formula. After class, reflective ability is promoted by homework, quiz, review, cooperative communication and math dairy. Teaching practice is carried out under theory so as to enhance reflective awareness, cultivate sound reflective habits, promote reflective ability and realize transformation of ways of learning. Finally, students can learn well.
