| Teacher’s classroom management behavior is a crucial element for the success of teaching and the efficiency of learning in high school. Their management power and effectiveness not only represents their attainment and wisdom, but also greatly shape student’s advancement and development. The proper application of classroom management behavior promotes student’s learning enthusiasm, expresses teacher’s expectation and attention on students, while the mishandling of classroom management behavior hinders the achievement of teaching goals, and might exert negative impact on student’s development of body and mind. Thus, the study of teacher’s classroom management behavior has great significance on the improvement of teaching and the advancement of student’s body and mind.This thesis is conducted on the basis of literature research, combined with questionnaire in high school of Changsha County, classroom observation and interview with students and teachers. It consists of five chapters.Chapter One states the reason for choosing this topic, its significance, current research both at home and abroad, its main research content and methodology. Chapter Two conducts a theoretic analysis of the styles of classroom management behavior in high school. These styles are classified into three main categories: speech acts, body language and eye performances, among which speech, gesture, posture, eye performance and facial expression are elaborated in details. Chapter Three deals with the design and implementation of high school teacher’s classroom management behavior. Questionnaire, classroom observation and interview and their practical application are illustrated in details. Chapter Four investigates the status quot and reasons of present high school teacher’s classroom management behavior on the basis of previous findings, and make illustrations from the perspective of classroom management behavior itself, teacher and culture difference. Chapter Five proposes corresponding optimization strategies to draw high school teacher’s attention, which provides reference for optimization and practical application. |
