Teacher emotion management is one of the important contents of teacher professional development.However,in recent years,negative events caused by improper teacher emotion management often occur.In today's society,teachers are endowed with multiple roles,and junior high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental changes.Emotion management of junior high school teachers plays a crucial role in promoting the healthy development of teachers and students,improving the efficiency of school management and the quality of education and teaching.In order to deeply understand the current situation of emotion management of junior middle school teachers,the author conducted a survey on this topic,analyzed the existing problems and causes according to the survey results,and put forward corresponding improvement strategies.This study is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical research part,which is mainly composed of introduction,Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.By proposing the research background and purpose of this study,the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the emotional intelligence theory,humanistic management theory and teacher professional development theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this study to interpret the connotation of emotion management and emotion management of junior middle school teachers,and analyzed five dimensions of teachers' emotional awareness,emotional expression,emotional application,emotional regulation and emotional reflection one by one.The second part is the empirical research and problem attribution part,which is mainly composed of Chapter 3,Chapter 4 and Chapter 5.First,explain the questionnaire scheme about the current situation of junior middle school teachers' emotional management,and then,the results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed in terms of descriptiveness,difference and influencing factors.Finally,a series of conclusions were drawn that the emotion management of junior middle school teachers is generally at a medium level,there are significant differences in gender,marital status and other variables,weak links and key links are emotional expression and so on.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes the main problems and causes of emotion management of junior middle school teachers.The third part is the countermeasures and suggestions of this subject,which is mainly composed of Chapter 6.This part is mainly on the basis of the above theoretical and empirical research,in view of the teachers' emotion management the causes of existing problems,the author put forward the strategies of the optimization of the junior middle school teachers' emotional management,the aim is to form a joint force from the five angles of national policy,academic research,school system,teachers' self-study and social support,and jointly promote the continuous improvement of teachers' emotion management level.
