Painting is one of the important ways for children to feelings and emotional expression, etc. Teacher’s autonomous support is the support of children’s autonomy. The paper promulgated in 2012 which is "3-6 years old children’s learning and development guide", passes an important idea that is to let children learn themselves. It has been proved that the students’ autonomy is supported by the teachers, and it can further stimulate the motivation and potential of the students’ learning. In the painting activity, the children’s autonomous learning needs to be supported by the teacher’s autonomy to carry out better. This study, based on practice, through the observations on activity of teachers’ autonomous supports of the painting teaching in kindergarten, has analyzed and discussed the situation of painting of teachers’ autonomy support behavior in kindergarten, shows what the influencing factors are, and gives out the suggestion that can further optimize the teacher’s autonomy supportive behavior.The methods of this study are mainly using observation and interview. This study is divided into the following sections:Part I: introduction. This part mainly includes the induction of the origin of the study, the definition of related concepts, domestic and foreign research reviews, and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The second part: research plan. This part includes the research purpose, research object, research methods and the observation tool.The third part: research results and analysis. Based on the statistics and analysis of the data collected, this paper has analyzed the current situation of the ten teachers’ self-support of painting activity in the Z kindergarten. And to the different age classes, novice and skilled teachers carry out different activities in the process of teachers’ self-supporting behavior.The fourth part: the discussion. In this section, on the basis of research results, combined with field observation and interview, the researcher’s teacher autonomy support localization behavior research in the future, Z kindergarten teaching activities of the painting teacher autonomy support behavior characteristics and the influence factors are discussed.The fifth part: conclusion and suggestion. This part of the study discusses the problems on teachers’ autonomy support behavior of painting teaching activities in the Z kindergarten, not only about kindergarten teachers, kindergarten managers, but also about parents and relevant government departments are referred to recommendations.
