The end of 2006, when he was State Councilor Chen Zhili at the National School Mrs. Work Conference had made clear that "culture has a strong physique, the younger generation of mental health, strong will and high spirits, is the proper meaning of quality education. " From school education and human development,maturation law this perspective, high school students not yet fully mature physique, is correcting physical problems, improve the health of the favorable period. But the physical health of high school students is a very complex subject, with a different student or students of different ages is reflected in the specific physical health of the body movement index, there will be different results. This requires the development of teaching in high school sports teaching plan, organize teaching activities in the process, the need to adopt reasonable and effective monitoring methods, scientific and accurate grasp of the physical health status of different students and different ages of the same student, athletic ability and their respective advantages and disadvantages to different physical training methods and means.Functional movement screening capability(FMS) is a simple, quantitative basis of athletic ability(flexibility and stability) evaluation methods in the fields of physical therapy, athletic training, sports and teaching with practical cases, and the results obvious. In this paper, the functional capacity of the screening action, from the squat,Hurdle, lunges, shoulder mobility, active straight leg station, trunk stability push-ups and a total of seven areas rotational stability testing of high school students on the basis of athletic ability, and combined with questionnaires, interviews, the causes of high school students healthy athletic ability and physical status of the empirical analysis, eventually hopes to obtain high school sports teaching some operational implications.Functional movement screening capability(FMS) is a simple, quantitative basis of athletic ability(flexibility and stability) evaluation methods in the fields of physical therapy, athletic training, sports and teaching with practical cases, and the results obvious. In the performance of functional exercise capacity, and boys and girls have significant differences among boys rotational stability in the lower extremities, the body core stability, neuromuscular coordination, leg flexibility is poor, female torso stability, shoulder power, the balance of power lines around the shoulders and core body strength is poor. Analysis of the reasons, by the "safety first" and "test first" philosophy shackles, not physical education students to exercise intensity, frequency and time, and to participate in extracurricular sports activities are very small. For the above, tells us that high school sports teaching should adhere to "pay attention to scientific monitoring, prevention of sports injuries", "pay attention and focus on teaching individualized teaching unity", "students focus on healthy living, exercise habits," the three principles. In the actual teaching in high school sports should do three things: First, to increase the teaching of science in exercise intensity; the second is to constantly enrich sports teaching model to inspire students interests; third is the "school community linkage" effectively reduce the academic burden on students;Fourth curricular and extracurricular linkage, students lifelong sports consciousness and habits.
