Sports has a long origin with literary, and relative to the pure sports fiction and sports poetry, sports reportage, as a kind of reality and literary style, explores the whole process of Chinese sports development after the1970s, is a literary power that can’t be ignored, its rheological process reflects the changes of Chinese sports after the founding of China.The sports reportage has both the artistic features of the reportage universality, also has its particularity of reflecting sports themes, is a kind of literary stylistics that describing the people in sports situations or the events people did in sports situations with journalism, reality, visualization and artistry. As Chinese sports undertakings develop and mature gradually, and the emergence of many social problems, sports reportage with its special style, combing the literary forms of journalism and literariness, from an objective perspective, comprehensively presents the positive development of sports undertakings after the1970s, and draws the outline of Chinese sports’ problems and crises in the1990s, to get its creative peak, appeared lots of excellent works.
