Micro-Culture is a new form of culture, it deeply changes people’s living environment and way of life. Micro-Culture have significant impact on high school students’ study, life and ideology. It spreads diversified values and mixed though information have significant effect on high school ideological and political education. Facing with complex micro-culture, we need to object analysis the new problem of high school ideological and political education, find effective countermeasure, grasp the opportunity, overcome difficulties, and promote the ideological and political education better under micro-culture circumstance. Promoting the high school student form correct worldview, philosophy, values.This article uses the combination of literature research method, theory with practice and other research method. In-depth explore ideological and political education’s correlation theory under the field of micro-culture vision. Explaining the dialectical relationship between micro-culture and high school ideological and political education. At the same time, basis the feature of micro-culture, analysis the effects and negative effects bring to high school ideological and political education. On the basis of above theory probe, optical analysis the current situation and main existing problems of ideological and political education in micro-culture environment, and come up with further targeted measures.The researches found that the ideological and political education in high school has problems in five aspects under the micro-culture horizon. The enhanced dependency of students in high school of communicative carrier of micro-culture;The stuffed communicative channel basing on micro-medium between teacher and student;The impactive dominating position of teacher in micro-culture new environment;The shortage of necessary innovation of ideological and political education in high school;The less adoption and recognition of ideological and political education in high school.Basing on these problems, this essay comes up with three approaches.Improving the micro-culture literacy of teacher and student;Adopting micr o-culture environment and innovating educational mode; Strengthening the supervision and management, and constructing harmonious cultural environment.
