Then in the second chapter is hosting behavior involving category to the student’s education right and personal right and public interests, and combining with our country current students of trusteeship education industry worrying situation, analyzed the necessity of government regulation of trusteeship education industry. On the basis of the above theory, the third chapter further digs out the problems and reasons in the process of the government’s supervision over the education of the students. Finally, the fourth chapter of the above problems and reasons, from the introduction of the industry’s special legal norms and under the existing legal basis of the two cases, put forward some suggestions to improve the education industry.
