The researcher used the qualitative research approach and collect the materials through observation in a bottom class of kindergarten. Then, I deeply depicted that, from the sociological angle, how the children of bottom class achieved the regulations in three kinds of regulatory education. And I have made the categories for the existed regulations.Basing on the research of reality, I made a conclusion on the elements of regulatory events, established the general operation flow chart of regulatory events and summarized the main characteristics of regulatory events. The main points of regulatory events are safety ,health ,habits and intercommunication .I focused on the regulations that have been set up by teachers. And the main relationship in regulation events between teachers and children's are valuation and anti-valuation, control and anti-control. The main strategy in regulation is negative approach and the results are determined by many kinds of elements. Through the analysis on the elements, which has the difficult enforcement of children's on regulation, I advocated two reasonable approaches to establish the rules in class. one is the change of proposition in class and the other one is to establish the necessary connection between the rules and the children's demand for the rules.
