Research On The Government Supervision Of Non-subject Training Institutions Outside Primary And Secondary School

Non discipline education is an effective complement to school education in primary and secondary schools.Social and economic development has enhanced people’s demand for spiritual life.The national "double reduction" policy has reduced the burden on students’ schoolwork.More and more parents have begun to attach importance to their children’s non discipline education.In recent years,the scale of out of school non discipline educational institutions has grown rapidly,and some chaos has gradually emerged.In response to these disturbances,the government has timely introduced regulatory policies,but there are still many problems in the implementation process.In order to promote the healthy development of off campus non discipline training industry,it is urgent to explore a way of efficient supervision.Taking NJ City as an example,this paper studies the current situation of non discipline training institutions outside primary and secondary schools in NJ City from the aspects of teachers,advertising,training environment,equipment safety,fees and complaints by using the methods of questionnaires and interviews;This paper studies the current situation of government supervision of non discipline training institutions outside primary and secondary schools in NJ City from the perspective of government supervision system,content,department and mode.The study found that there are some problems such as false publicity,illegal charges,poor teachers and Money fraud in the off campus training institutions of primary and secondary schools in NJ City.At the level of government supervision,due to the lack of government supervision team,imperfect supervision system,imperfect laws and regulations,and insufficient social supervision,the government’s supervision of non discipline training institutions outside primary and secondary schools in NJ City has resulted in large blind spots,unclear supervision responsibilities,unscientific supervision methods,lack of supervision over the teaching process,and lack of post supervision.Under the background of "double reduction",for the problems found in the process of research at the level of government regulation,after in-depth analysis of the causes,it is suggested that the following aspects should be done for NJ municipal government departments to better supervise non discipline training in primary and secondary schools: First,improve the legal and regulatory system to ensure that the supervision work has laws to follow.Second,establish a dynamic evaluation system and strengthen the supervision of teaching process.Third,strengthen the training of the government supervision team and improve the professional quality of the supervision team.Fourth,strengthen industry selfdiscipline and standardize the development of institutions.Fifth,strengthen the self management of institutions.It is hoped to provide reference for improving the government’s regulatory capacity and promote the healthy development of non discipline training industry in primary and secondary schools in China.
