In recent years, the continuous development of youth education is not all focus on learning, but also concerned about the adolescent psychological development. However, due to China’s vast territory and the urbanization process is continuing, the resources of urban and rural education inequalities. Teenagers lack of self-awareness on rural adolescents. Family poverty, have fewer social resources, lack of psychological support are easily led to low self-efficacy and affect their healthy growth for adolescents in poor rural households.Case work is a kind important work methods of social work, to uphold the professional value concept and methods, to help difficult individuals and families, to provide psychological support and obtain material support for resources, in order to improve the life of happiness and satisfaction. Taking advantage of perspective theory and cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical basis, and intervention by the method of case work director small c to improve the state of low self-efficacy, help the director to improve the quality of life, a better life and growth.The article main body is five parts, the first part is the introduction part, mainly introduced the purpose and significance, research methods, literature review and research ideas, etc.; The second part is related to this article, the definition of the relevant concepts of cognitive behavioral theory and overview of theory and case work method in the view of the advantages and means that; The third part is the questionnaire and the way of scale measurements to illustrate G town rural poverty family teenagers self-efficacy status and from family, school and society three aspects analysis problems and the reasons of the low self-efficacy; The fourth part is case work to improve the rural poor families, director of a client self-efficacy intervention process freelanced stage through scale forecast first director main problems of self-efficacy, according to the forecast result decided to step in goal, intervention process is divided into six phases; The last part of this article research conclusion and the Suggestions to improve the rural poor teenagers self-efficacy.
