With the rapid development of the current social economy,more and more people are concerned about the compulsory education of rural subsistence allowances.First,it affects the future development and future achievements of the individual in the family,and secondly,it will further affect the stable development of the country and Millennium plan.In the context of rural subsistence allowances,whether children are able to receive good education in a sense also determines whether the family can change the fate and fulfillment of the desire to break away from subsistence allowances.But in reality the fact that most of our rural subsistence allowances in the country's education assistance to their children is helpless,and the lack of confidence,the current rural subsistence allowances children's compulsory education stage of the problem did not cause the country,society and individuals enough Attention,related papers and research is not much.Therefore,this study from the rural subsistence allowances in the family of children in the actual situation of education,expect to clarify what they are now enjoying the contents of education assistance,implementation details,and their possible problems,and put forward targeted solutions.Eight Town Yongsheng Village is a fast-growing village with typical characteristics.All the schools in the town are also using Pratt&Whitney's policy to support compulsory education.Although the economy is developing faster and better,but low-income families still exist,and rural poor families of children's compulsory education assistance also has some difficulties.In this study,six families were selected as the case of the educational information of children in the rural labor insurance system and the educational information of the children in the compulsory education stage of the town.The collection of data was carried out for their specific living conditions and educational relief And analysis.The study found that the eight town government that the family belongs to the subsistence allowances(family per capita income lower than the city's minimum living standards),the family can enjoy the corresponding policy,the list of subsistence allowances are in the local government civil affairs department archive.Here is the low-income families,that is,in Yangzhong City,the monthly income of households less than 620 yuan per month income;lower education and education assistance funds through government funding,social contributions,people can help one by one,students work And the way to raise,at the beginning of each semester,as well as the term fixed in the semester,the entire rescue process by the government and the school jointly established compulsory education assistance to do,and regularly external publicity,the whole process is more open and transparent,There are obvious false and black box operations and other welfare loopholes.However,there are still some difficulties and limitations in the current rural subsistence allowances.Researchers through the investigation found the following difficulties:the content of education assistance,vacancies,lack of education and relief efforts,the lack of education and relief system and so on.The formation of the predicament of the causes are the following aspects:the education and relief management system loose,the main responsibility for education and rescue is not clear,education and rescue procedures are not clear and many other reasons.Based on the above analysis,this study argues that the countermeasures to improve the compulsory education of rural low-income families can be started from the following four ways:one is to mobilize the object of education assistance;the second is to build a network of educational assistance and security;Is to increase the media propaganda supervision.All in all,compulsory education in rural subsistence allowances is imperative and requires more researchers and practitioners of government departments to participate in the process to ensure that children in rural subsistence allowances enjoy equal access to education and comprehensive development opportunity.
